The Wales news media landscape conference is convened by the National Union of Journalists and the University of South Wales’s Centre for the Study of Media and Culture in Small Nations. This one-day event is conceived as a follow-up to the Future of the press in Wales conference which we hosted in November 2011. This is an opportunity to analyse the current state of play in the Welsh news media and to look for solutions which will provide the citizens of Wales with the journalism and the media they need in the future. We are looking forward for new ideas which can provide a way forward for news media landscape in Wales.
