Resource Team, which operates low-profile PPC-funded consumer reviews site Review Centre, has received £7 million funding from Ingenious Media Active Capital. The VC house is taking a 71.5 percent stake through Review Centre Ltd, a new company set up for the acquisition, and a new management team of non-exec chairman Nick Hymes and CEO Glen Collins, Thomson reports.
