Virgin karaoke: Virgin Media (NSDQ: VMED) is augmenting its cable TV VOD service with The Karaoke Channel, a space where viewers can call up songs to sing. Free to XL package customers but, we assume, chargeable to others.

Eurosport player: The sportscaster is this weekend relaunching its web video player, allowing viewers to pause and rewind live streams, and watch three feeds from a live event. Via MediaWeek.
