Performance marketing technology provider Performance Horizon Group (PHG), started by Buy.at founders Malcolm Cowley and Paul Fellows, is taking a first-round investment (size undisclosed) from DN Capital. Via TechCrunch.

Gothenburg-based Admeta, an online advertising campaign monitoring and metrics service provider, is taking investment after selling a majority stake to Chalmers Innovation Seed Fund, Layline Partners, KL Ventures plus co-founders Leif Jägerbrand and Fredrik Strauss. The move means SVP Ola Tiverman, who is also investing, is named CEO. Via TechCrunch.
