Industry Moves: FT Alphaville, Ofcom, IPC, Archant

FT Alphaville: Paul Murphy (pictured) is returning to edit the blog he pioneered, after his Tilt project was shut down. Current Alphaville editor Neil Hume becomes Australia and Pacific correspondent.

Ofcom: Ofcom’s Wales director Rhodri Williams is becoming the regulator’s director of government and regulatory affairs director at its London HQ for six to 12 months, covered in his absence in Cardiff by Wales regulatory affairs manager Elinor Williams.

IPC Advertising: Telegraph Media Group’s creative solutions head Jon Tickner joins as the magazine publisher’s creative development director to develop creative campaigns across all platforms and brands.

Archant: The local news publisher’s London MD Enzo Testa has left and been replaced by Bauer Media motorcycling division MD Will Hattam. Via Press Gazette.
