Conde Nast International: The managing director of the British division, Nicholas Coleridge, is becoming president of Conde Nast International, the publisher’s non-U.S. business – a move it says is “is in response to the tremendous growth of the business in recent years.”

Adconion: The content and ads group has appointed Smartclip co-founder Thomas Falk to its board following its acquisition of the video ad network, NMA reports.
