Sportsyndicator, an online ad sales house working in the sports space, says it has been named by Racing Post as the newspaper’s ad sales operator.
It says the deal pertains to “the existing site, new site launches and special editions as well as email and in-paper advertising deals”.
Sportsyndicator was recently named ad sales house for Arsenal and Spurs; for Footymad, Vital Football and Footballfancast, and for Imagine Sports Club, an online sports community.
The company claims to reach eight million UK users and is run by MD Richard Lee, a former commercial director with Aura Sports, which was bought by Sky Media in 2006.
Racing Post committed £10 million to online investment in 2007 and claimed nearly 10,000 paying web subscribers in September 2009, with subs costing up to £200.
