— 4oD in Ireland: C4’s VOD service has resumed in the Republic. It had shut after the closure of the 4oD app because it couldn’t identify which content it had Irish rights for. But now it can. More here.
— Mobile broadband speeds: Just 24 percent of UK consumers are getting the maximum speed advertised by mobile broadband dongle companies, according to Broadbandexpert.co.uk which tested 3,300 connections.
