Mirror.co.uk and Telegraph.co.uk have refreshed their websites this week, just as Guardian.co.uk completes its £15 million, 18-month redesign. Mirror.co.uk gets a shouty, red-top look that’s big on colour and celebrity news and at least an improvement on the previous calamity, while Telegraph.co.uk gets an altogether more sobre, clean white affair, very pared down, as part of a rolling reboot. Guardian.co.uk has applied to its Education, Culture and Life&Style sections the new look the rest of the site began to get some months ago, completing its refresh. Sun Online also redesigned last week, though, barring a Page 3 Girl desktop gadget, you’d hardly know it. Mail Online also recently changed its clothes.
