It’s an all-cash deal, and gives 7Seas rights to the Neodelight brand and IP rights to 33 games; the main acquisition, according to 7Seas MD L Maruti Sanker, is that of a game engine, which will help 7Seas develop more games. 7Seas has a casual gaming website — OnlineRealGames, and intends to invest around $20 million (£10 million) over the next two to three years.
