Industry Moves: Yahoo UK Finds New Marketing Director Within

Another exec change at Yahoo (NSDQ: YHOO) UK – marketing manager Andrew Cocker has been promoted to marketing director, filling the shoes of Greg Grant, who left last month. Cocker will also be responsible for a review of Yahoo’s £2.6 million advertising account, NMA says. It comes a week after Yahoo’s overall chief marketing officer Cammie Dunaway announced her departure; confirmed yesterday, she’s becoming Nintendo’s sales and marketing executive vice-president. On these shores last week, the portal’s head of agency sales, Miles Lewis, announced he was leaving Yahoo to become Last.fm’s European head of sales. That was after commercial director Blake Chandlee exited earlier this month to become sales director for Facebook’s new UK ambitions.
